Maintenance Service Support

Benefits of having a maintenance service contract

 

Smart way to make use of your time by focusing on increasing sales: Leave the IT support and technical details to your technology partner. We will ensure your POS systems are functioning normally.

 

For a very small fee monthly or yearly, you have peace of mind knowing your POS system is in top performance. See below for details.

 

1. Your computer performance are assessed every quarterly then optimized for top performance. Optimization includes Disk Cleanup, Defragmentation, Updates, Virus Scans, Optimizations settings of MS Configs and background programs. Removal of unwanted AdWare programs, and unwanted temporary files hogging the system.

 

2. Your computer hardware are cleaned, diagnosed and fix every semi-annually (6 Months). Bad CPU fan are replaced for free. We have proper tools and cleaning chemicals for care of your hardware.

 

3. You get a personal report on the condition of your hardware. Some hardware that are older and risk eminent failure will be reported in advance so you will be aware of the potential problems and will be prepared for a solution in advance. This will help prevent profitability losses due to sudden failures.

 

4. Proper Operating System OS update can be made on a timely manner.

 

5. Proper care and storing of important software such as device drivers and critical programs by technical professional so quick retrieval can occur should the need arise.

 

6. Your critical files and data are backed up automatically and monitored for proper functionality.

 

7. You get onsite support for up to three (3) times a month if needed. Our technician will go onsite to fix a problem if the technician determines that is the only way to fix the problem.

 

8. You get unlimited email support.

 

9. You get unlimited phone call support.

 

10. You get free remote support. Remote support gives us the ability to help you in the quickest possible way. Our techs can remotely log into your system to fix the problem. This capability alone has helped save our customers tremendous sums in not just money, but also physical and emotional stress.

 

11. You get 50% off our regular labor fees for any new additions to the current system or installation on hardware or software as additional component to the existing system. This does not include any new project. New projects are not within the boundaries of our maintenance service contract.

 

12. You also get 50% off our regular labor fees for work done beyond the standard maintenance service contract coverage as long as it is work related to the current system in place.

 

13. We entertain detail messages from our customers calling at night to report a problem. Our technicians will act first thing in the morning to fix the problem reported by the customer during the previous night. Not many service providers allow for this kind of personal attention and care.

 

14. Our Maintenance Service Contract are Monday to Friday during regular business hours of 9AM to 6PM. Any work requested beyond the announced allotted times are considered outside the boundaries of the Maintenance Service Contract thus will incur a service fee for worked performed. Depending on availability and scheduling, any work performed outside the Maintenance Service window will automatically generate a labor fee based on our regular service rate. This is still a savings to the customer as we consider it regular fees even if it is actually an emergency request. Emergency service requests are usually charged at double the regular service rates.

 

15. We protect your computer from irresponsible employees and customers who wish to harm your POS system. We control your security functionality and allow only those whom you wish access to certain information. We are your total IT support department without that expensive IT budget. For a very reasonable fee you get a professional IT support department for your business. That is an advantage a business cannot do without.
